COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton Cutler Hammer CPB40-14000-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Elpack products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ebf-Unipo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Elpack such as the GRS96 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2IB752223203 manufactured by Ebf-Unipo and we are pleased to be able to service most Ebf-Unipo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4847B61G29 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electr-craft Brand BSA30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electroglas such as 253014001 equipment made by Electroglas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electroglas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electroglas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2007Q0C made by Electromotive-Magnetek-Yaskawa as well as the popular 5X00256G original spares produced by Emerson-/-Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 115U2B301BACAA130240 by Emerson and 253014001 spares by Electroglas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1151DP5E22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
